All components used in the tooling are to western standards so spares are readily available from major western mould equipment suppliers.

Tool steels used in the manufacture of the moulds are imported from Sweden , Germany and Japan . Certificates of analysis are obtained for any materials used in cavity or core inserts.

Following design approval a technician is designated to ensure the tooling is produced to the required quality and within the agreed time frame. ISIR's are supplied with samples. Tool layouts are available at any stage. Hardness checks are carried out on the major tooling components.

The tools are shipped with full tool drawings and machine settings used for the samples.
